Animator

To support a creative team, the full-time Animator will hand-key animation assets, implement them into a proprietary game engine, and test animations while collaborating with various departments in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Hand key in-game animation assets for humanoid and quadrupeds using Autodesk Maya and export them with the game exporter Implement animations into the proprietary game engine and conduct testing to ensure functionality Collaborate closely with other departments to ideate, conceptualize, and troubleshoot animation-related tasks Required qualifications Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in animation within film, TV, or game development Strong understanding of foundational animation principles Proficiency in Autodesk Maya and experience with Perforce version control software Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unity Engine, and other relevant software tools Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both animators and non-animators
