Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credentials for school-based practice
• Experience supporting fine and gross motor skill development in students
• Background in delivering occupational therapy in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and other school professionals
• Adaptability and passion for working with diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative OT services within the school environment
• Collaborate with teaching staff, other therapists, and families to support student success
• Document therapy sessions and progress; participate in IEP meetings
• Support students in achieving fine and gross motor milestones essential for classroom participation
