Project Scheduler

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Scheduler. This team provides daily project scheduling and updates. With 5-10 years of experience each in multi-project scheduling, MS Project expertise, and capital project execution, each scheduler will be responsible for maintaining a portion of the project portfolio (~100+ projects each, adjusted as needed), working closely with their assigned Project Managers and supporting their scheduling needs. They will regularly update project schedules, run analyses, and integrate with the Master Schedule under the Team Lead's guidance. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will range from $30-$35/hr. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
