This position is designed to promote continued improvement in quality compliance and overall recovery rate of the Collections Call Center Staff. The candidate will:

• Interact with management to ensure we are compliant with all client requirements
• Maintain and update Resolution Specialists Job aids and work instructions in partnership with assigned Business Analyst
• Participate in call calibrations with internal staff and clients
• Work with call center manager to review weekly compliance scoring results to identify trends and training needs for individuals and staff
• Address outstanding CAPA's
• Lead New hire training as needed
• Required to be on the phones a minimum of 25% of scheduled hours (this may be adjusted based on training needs)
• Participated in daily, weekly and monthly training as needed
• Must maintain a favorable / professional working relationship with team members
• Key contributor to AI training tool (building scenarios to support growth and trends)

Position Requirements: Working knowledge of excel / word / power point. Previous training experience is a must. Legal Debt collections experience. General knowledge of CLS.

Benefit Details: Brock & Scott, PLLC offers an attractive benefit package to full-time employees on the 1st of the following month of hire. The insurance portion includes medical, dental, voluntary life, voluntary vision, and critical illness, all at competitive rates. At the 90-day introductory period, the Firm also provides a basic life insurance policy in the amount of one time your annual salary (with a minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $200,000.00) at no cost. Full-time employees receive paid holidays, including six (6) firm-recognized holidays and one (1) Day of Observance, as well as a PTO package of 12 days per year. PTO accrues monthly and is credited on the 15th of each month, in accordance with firm policy. PTO benefits increase after 2 years of employment and again after 5 years of employment. After six months of service, employees over the age of 21 become eligible to participate in the firm's 401(k) plan at the beginning of the next quarter.

Pre employment statement: Employment with Brock & Scott, PLLC is contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings and verifications, which may include, but are not limited to, a criminal background check, conflict of interest check, employment and education verification (as applicable), and a pre-employment drug screening. Drug testing is conducted only after a conditional offer of employment has been extended and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Compensation Details: $22-$25/hr. The compensation amount is not guaranteed. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position, however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
