Our Retail Delivery team is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated Retail Delivery Support Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the heart of our retail goals reporting, operational audits, and the execution of centralized retail processes. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Retail Delivery Project Manager, contributing to system clean-ups, upgrade testing, and the maintenance of up-to-date policy and procedural documentation. Responsibilities: What you will be doing:

• Report Mastery: Manage and complete Retail Delivery reports (monthly, weekly, and daily) with precision, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.
• Resource Development: Assist in crafting and maintaining job aids and resources that support operational accuracy and compliance with current policies and procedures.
• Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular internal audits for Retail Delivery, process the findings, and ensure follow-up actions are completed effectively.
• Centralized Task Management: Process time-sensitive tasks such as certificate term changes, debit card adjustments, centralized fee reversals, and opening mortgage savings accounts with accuracy.
• System Optimization: Participate in system clean-up projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analytics Support: Aid the Retail Analytics team with system administration tasks and uphold the highest standards of quality assurance.
• Communication: Maintain active communication with members and colleagues, ensuring all queries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong foundation in retail operations and support.
