Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Mayfield Heights, OH | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 13–18 week contract options available Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during overnight shifts Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions Complete required facility orientation modules and annual hands-on competency requirements as applicable Required Qualifications Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license required — must be in hand at time of submission AHA BLS certification required — must be active and in hand at time of submission AHA ACLS certification required — must be active and in hand at time of submission One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required No open background case or license hits; background check results are subject to facility review Preferred Experience / Skills 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility or location Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration assessments Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care setting Why Join Us Opportunity to work at a well-regarded acute care facility with flexible 13–18 week contract options and potential for extensions Local candidates are welcome and accepted under the same terms as traveling candidates Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 776102.
