We have full-time and part-time opportunities available!Schedule:Full-Time and Part-Time:7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.mSalary:$18.00–$22.00 per hour (shift differential included, based on experience). Employee's working evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are entitled to a shift differential.Benefits:Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays and Floating HolidaysAetna Health Insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverageChild Care ReimbursementCompassionate PTO Donation ProgramFlexible SchedulingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)PTO Cash-Out Program401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchResident Care Aide Responsibilities:Assist residents with memory impairment with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence.Ensure compliance with and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights.Maintain accurate documentation and records of resident care.Immediately report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor, including signs of illness, behavioral changes, unmet personal care needs, medication concerns, or unknown resident whereabouts.Promote and encourage resident participation in community activities.Education & Experience:High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate preferred.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification welcome but not requiredOne year of caregiving experience preferred.Compassion for and a genuine desire to work with older adults is required.Company Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is recognized for its innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for older adults.
