Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a Top 40 roofing contractor in the U.S., serving homeowners across a $70M and growing Midwest footprint. We're adding an Outside Sales Representative to our Des Moines team to help meet demand from our expanding customer base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business through canvassing, referrals, and storm-damage outreach
• Perform roof, gutter, and siding inspections for homeowners and explain available options
• Prepare and close sales contracts
• Collect customer payments
• Oversee each project from contract signing through completion, coordinating with our production team

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Willingness to conduct in-person, door-to-door sales calls as part of daily lead generation
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Prior experience in roofing, construction, or outside sales is helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license required
