As our next full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer , you'll earn $28 - $38 per hour depending on experience and have access to comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, monthly performance bonuses, uniforms, growth opportunities, company events, and a mentor/apprentice program. • Experience supervising HVAC installation projects
• Strong communication skills

• Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred
• Boiler experience is preferred

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

In this Lead Residential HVAC Installer role, you'll coordinate residential HVAC installation projects from arrival to completion. You'll provide technical guidance to installers, oversee equipment placement and wiring, verify proper system operation, and make sure every project meets company standards. You'll inspect finished work, address concerns before they become callbacks, and communicate directly with homeowners throughout the installation process. You'll also play an important role in developing less experienced technicians through hands-on training and mentorship.
