Description
Client is seeking a Data-focused Business Analyst for a remote contract position.
The role involves evaluating and enhancing data processes, developing standards, and ensuring quality across systems.
The successful candidate will work with various technologies to optimize data management and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve incident management processes, including escalation and resolution playbooks.
Identify and implement enhancements to automated validation and testing processes.
Recommend and apply improvements to data quality and validation methods.
Develop and enforce data retention standards.
Establish vendor SLAs and integrate related terms into contracts.

Qualifications
Experience in evaluating and enhancing incident management processes.
Proven ability to improve automated validation and testing processes.
Strong skills in recommending and implementing data quality improvements.
Experience in developing data retention standards.
Ability to establish and negotiate vendor SLAs.
