Exec Sous Chef - up to 85k+ bonus + benefits
Sous Chef - up to 75k+ bonus + benefits

The Executive Sous Chef & Sous Chef will:
· Have 4+ years of upscale kitchen management experience (Steakhouse experience a BONUS)
· Have high-volume experience in a scratch kitchen
· Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
· Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
· Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals
