The pay range for this role is $120000 Max per annum max including any bonuses or variable pay. Job Description Pharma Benefit Management or Medicaid Enterprise Systems Experience Is Mandatory 15+ years of experience in testing, quality engineering, technology delivery, including at least 2 large-scale transformation programs 15+ yrs of experience in Quality Engineering/Testing Delivery ownership delivering outcomes on productivity, quality, and cost. Min 5 yrs in Healthcare with Medicaid programs is preferred Proven experience defining and governing enterprise transformation strategy Strong understanding of testing lifecycle (STLC), process definitions, automation, ALM tools, TMMi Model and operating model transformation Experience working in multi-vendor environments with clearly defined RACI-based delivery models Demonstrated leadership in driving change management, adoption, and continuous improvement Define and own the enterprise transformation strategy, roadmap, milestones, and success criteria across Testing Services Establish transformation priorities aligned to business objectives, service commitments, and continuous improvement goals. Define transformation communication and change adoption strategy across delivery organizations. Define transformation success metrics (e.g., process definition and implementations, quality, productivity, automation AI implementation, talent refresh, ALM adoption, process compliance, efficiency gains). Drive clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across transformation and delivery teams. Define and drive continuous improvement through metrics, data-driven insights, maturity assessments, and quality audits.
