Familiarity with analyzing profit and loss statements and other financial data is essential. It is important to understand the concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines, and procedures related to guest service within the company. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of the intranet, property management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel, are preferred. Experience with Hilton is preferred.
