Hotel Director Of Sales Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred, or two to four years of relevant management experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Familiarity with analyzing profit and loss statements and other financial data is essential.
- It is important to understand the concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines, and procedures related to guest service within the company.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of the intranet, property management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel, are preferred.
- Experience with Hilton is preferred.
