\n Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Build and manage the U.S. operations and supply chain function from the ground up, establishing scalable processes as the business grows
\n
• .Own day-to-day supply chain operations across ordering, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, suppliers, and co-manufacturing partners
\n
• .Manage relationships with approximately 50 existing vendors, leveraging established UK partnerships while coordinating supply and delivery into the U.S
\n
• .Oversee co-manufacturing relationships and production, including traveling to suppliers and production partners, such as the company’s partner in Minnesota
\n
• .Support the operational needs of a retail-heavy U.S. business, while effectively managing and understanding the DTC channel
\n
• .Partner closely with the UK Head of Supply to replicate successful processes, establish KPIs and reporting, and adapt the operating model for the U.S. market
\n

• :Strong operations and supply chain experience, ideally within CPG, food, beverage, who is experienced in co-manufacturing and vendor managemen
\n
• tHighly analytical and operationally minded, with the ability to use data to solve problems, make decisions, and build scalable processes
\n
• .Ambitious, hardworking, and hands-on, with an entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building a function rather than stepping into an established one
