ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after spending four years working for a State Farm agent, an experience that inspired me to build a place where customers feel supported and team members feel valued.

Our office now includes eight team members, and my wife (who works alongside me) helps keep our agency running like the close-knit, family-centered environment we’re proud of. We’re active in our community through our church and by supporting groups such as Helping Hands foster organization and the Feed My Sheep food pantry.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shaffin Wegener - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
