Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Position Information Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Tue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a public transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, first responders, and/or appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or potential policy violations. Monitor entrances, public areas, and restricted locations to help support authorized access, observe daily activity, and document security-related incidents and/or suspicious behavior. Prepare clear reports on incidents, patrol activity, and observations, and assist with emergency response activities in accordance with site procedures and local guidelines. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Must be 21+ years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
