Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience Minimum 2 years of experience leading HVAC installation projects or crews Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices Ability to read plans, layouts, and installation specifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and bend for extended periods EPA Universal Certification preferred NATE Certification preferred Experience with custom home construction, high-performance HVAC systems, heat pumps, or inverter technology preferred HVAC Cowboys is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
