Base pay range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC Senior Vice President, Retail & Events Recruitment Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is looking to hire a Temp Payroll Commissions Specialist to join the team at their corporate office in New York City on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office). This role will start immediately for a 3-month duration with potential to extend based on performance and the needs of the business. This role will be responsible for supporting US and Canada bi-weekly payroll process for a retail population of 250. Job Duties Include: Prepare, review, and submit payroll for U.S. and Canada employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage sales commission calculations and payments; partner with Finance on payroll reporting, funding, and invoicing Support payroll audits and assist with special projects, off-cycle processing, and leave-related payments as needed Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned Job Qualifications Include: 3+ years of hands-on experience in payroll, HR operations, or financial planning, supporting a retail population with commissions Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data, ensure accuracy, and meet strict deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused approach and a proactive mindset Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., UKG/UltiPro, Varicent), advanced Excel capabilities, and knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
