Quick Facts Location: 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA Start Date: 09/07/2026 End Date: 12/07/2026 Shift: 3x13-hour daytime shifts (06:00 – 19:00) Hours per week: 39 Employment Type: Temporary/Contract License/Certs: MA License, BC in Neurosurgery preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $129.98/hr Pay package discussed upon application Per diem and other reimbursements when applicable Benefits include: Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, robust referral bonus program, licensure, certification, travel & other reimbursements, paid sick time per applicable laws, and 24/7 support from dedicated team What You’ll Do Work collaboratively with residents during rounds and patient care planning Review patient cases, order treatments, and manage inpatient discharges Remove drains such as Hemovac or JP drains (preferred ability) Consult on postoperative neurosurgical patients Ensure safe patient care and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Document care in Epic EMR Provide inpatient neuro care with emphasis on patient-centered approaches What You Need Required: Board Certification in Neurosurgery (preferred) Massachusetts medical license Minimum 1 year of neuro-related experience Preferred: Ability to remove drains (Hemovac / JP drains) Strong clinical assessment skills Team-oriented attitude About the Assignment Join a leading hospital in Boston providing inpatient neurosurgical care for pediatric patients.
