Reception / Administrative Assistant

Our client, one of the world's most diverse service companies, is currentlylooking for a star receptionist to join their team. A competitive salary is offered to the successful candidate. Duties include answering phones, distributing mail, and general office tasksincluding faxing, filing and photocopying. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour required. Responsibilities Telephone switchboard - answering and directing any incoming phone calls. Processing incoming & outgoing mail and couriers Branch accounting functions - A/R and A/P Providing administrative support including client correspondence, mail-outs,special project or event coordination Maintenance of all office equipment and tenant office issues (as well asarranging for any repairs, IT support etc) Management of branch filing system and creation/maintenance/coordinationof customer files and contracts Ordering of stationary & office supplies Required Qualifications Excellent customer serviceskills; friendly and professional Proficiency in MS Word,Excel, Powerpoint and other new software applications is required 1- 2 years experience workingin an administrative capacity and supporting a team Ability to work independentlyand take initiative is a must, ability to troubleshoot issues with minimalsupervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
