Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing for flexible work hours while maintaining a structured schedule. The expected work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working in an outpatient setting, you will engage with clients virtually, utilizing telehealth tools to facilitate effective therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, aspirations, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and promote effective self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records following all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to foster a collaborative treatment approach.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
