Fabrication Assembler

Skilled Trades Specialists – Tulsa Area

Skilled Trades Specialists is seeking motivated Fabrication Assemblers to join our industrial manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on construction, framing, fabrication, or shop experience who want to grow their welding skills in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

MIG Welding experience does not have to be extensive. We can provide brush-up and training!

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Perform MIG welding on structural parts, frames, and assemblies
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, measurements, and fabrication drawings
• Cut, grind, fit, and prep materials for welding and assembly
• Work with a team to complete builds safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in construction, framing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly
• Basic MIG welding experience (we can help you grow your skill level)
• Ability to read measurements and use common shop tools
• Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
