Responsibilities

• Assemble, clean, inspect, and package single-use assemblies in a controlled cleanroom environment

• Follow cleanroom procedures and cGMP guidelines to maintain ISO Class 7 standards

• Read and follow detailed work instructions to ensure product quality and accuracy

• Properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Identify and report quality, process, or safety concerns to prevent defects and rework

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support process enhancements

• Adhere to all safety, quality, and change control procedures

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• 0-3 years of cleanroom, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience

• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

• Experience using hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred

• Medical device assembly experience

• Quality inspection experience

• Familiarity with cleanroom environments and manufacturing protocols

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM

3rd Shift: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Devens, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr.
