Business Development / Direct Sales Representative

Job Summary
HireFrontier is hiring a results-driven Direct Sales Representative to generate new business and build strong client relationships, helping organizations meet hiring needs through our workforce solutions — working closely with the Sales Director on the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
● Identify and qualify new leads via cold calls, networking, and referrals
● Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
● Present HireFrontier's staffing services to prospective clients
● Recommend customized hiring solutions based on client needs
● Negotiate agreements and close new business
● Maintain accurate CRM records
● Follow up regularly to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
● Partner with recruiters and account managers for successful placements
● Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
● Stay current on industry and labor market trends
Preferred
● High school diploma/GED (Associate's/Bachelor's a plus)
● Experience selling staffing, HR, or workforce solutions
● Consultative selling knowledge
● Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM experience
● Staffing/HR/professional services background
Qualifications
●1+ year in direct sales, business development, account management, or B2B sales
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Able to generate leads and manage a pipeline independently
● CRM and sales tracking software experience
● Strong organization and problem-solving
● Self-motivated with a track record hitting sales targets
