Responsibilities The Sales Associate will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients. Identify and follow up on sales opportunities and achieve sales goals. Prospect and engage with potential clients. Conduct presentations and prepare quotes. Negotiate agreements with clients. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful fulfillment of customer transportation needs. Qualifications Sales and customer relationship management skills, including client engagement, prospecting, and communication. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving with a results-oriented approach. Understanding of the logistics and transportation industry is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective client support. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
