Facility Maintenance Worker

As a Facility Maintenance Worker at Cornerstone of Rhinebeck, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our clients and staff. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry Maintain a clean and organized facility, including common areas, rooms, and equipment Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas and client living spaces Perform heavy manual labor, lifting a minimum of 50lbs, and standing for long periods of time Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues and concerns Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Graduation from a vocational or trade school in lieu of education, with experience in performing general or specialized maintenance and repair tasks Ability to communicate, read, and write English Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and stand for long periods of time Must have a valid United States Driver's license and a clean DMV record for at least one year #J-18808-Ljbffr Cornerstone-of-Rhinebeck
