B2B Data Operations Specialist

DescriptionKforce has a client seeking a B2B Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support vendor operations and fulfillment activities across a network of business partners. This role serves as a key point of contact between internal teams and external vendors, helping ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving operational challenges, and ensuring a positive experience for both vendors and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate onboarding and enablement activities for vendor partners and support adoption of operational processes and systems* Act as a liaison between vendors, business stakeholders, and internal support teams to address order, inventory, invoicing, and fulfillment-related issues* Monitor vendor readiness, project milestones, and implementation timelines to support successful operational transitions* Investigate and resolve order exceptions, delayed shipments, backorders, and other service-related concerns* Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and tracking within operational systems and Excel-based tools* Support vendor setup, training, and ongoing engagement within fulfillment and inventory management platforms* Provide a high level of customer service while driving timely communication and issue resolutionRequirements* Experience supporting vendor management, supply chain, fulfillment, eCommerce, or operations functions* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach* Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis* Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams* Experience working with vendor management, order management, or fulfillment systems is a plusJob TypeContractCompensation20 - $30
