**Job Title:** Laser Burn Table Operator/Set-Up
**Company:** A metal manufacturing company located in Smithville, OH, in partnership with Mancan.
**Job Description:**
A thriving metal manufacturing company in Smithville, OH, has collaborated with Mancan to find skilled and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. We are currently seeking candidates with expertise in laser burn table operation and set-up. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of the forming process for sheet steel products.

**Responsibilities:**
- Operate and set up laser burn tables
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity in the forming of sheet steel products
- Read and understand engineered drawings
- Understand bend allowances and CNC controls
- Set up press brakes and operate machines
- Report to the Shop Supervisor

**Desired Skills and Experience:**
- Good attendance record
- Positive team attitude
- Ability to read and understand engineered drawings
- Familiarity with bend allowances and CNC controls
- High school graduate
- Strong work ethic and productivity
- Mathematical skills
- Proficient with basic hand tools (tape measures, digital calipers, sheet metal gauges)
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Safety-conscious and physically fit
- Must have own hand tools and lockable toolbox (Power tools provided by the company)

**Salary:** $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday on 1st shift
- 8-hour shift, 10-hours shifts, 12-hour shift
- Overtime as needed
- Weekend availability

**Education:**
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

**Experience:**
- CNC laser cutting: 1 year (Preferred)
