Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.95 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and follow post orders for visitor and employee access control. Support day-to-day operations by observing the location for operational disruptions, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations through proper channels. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be 21+ years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
