Sales Consultant, Foot and Ankle (Orlando/Tampa, FL) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot and Ankle products in the Orlando/Tampa territory. The role involves building and managing relationships with surgeons and healthcare facilities, driving sales growth, and providing clinical support for orthopedic foot and ankle solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape
• Generate new business and expand sales with existing customers in assigned territory
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product use and clinical applications
• Provide intraoperative case support and emergency room consultation as needed
• Establish clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and product evaluators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years related experience
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years orthopedic/trauma/foot and ankle experience, or recent military transition
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work comfortably in operating room and laboratory environments
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills with strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship building and independent work capability
• Successful background investigation and driving record review required
