About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a strategic and collaborative leader, directly accountable for all financial operations and responsible for advising and supporting the executive leadership team, Board of Directors, and local hospital leadership. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing a long-term financial plan, with a focus on the company's growth and major capital investments. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in leading high-performing, growth-oriented organizations, and will be committed to driving transformation across the company. Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing the revenue cycle, IT infrastructure to support value-based care contracting, and supply chain, as well as creating strategic discipline within procurement. The successful candidate will be expected to build effective relationships with the Board of Directors and Finance Committee, and to provide a balance between strategic and operational finance. The role demands a leader who is masterful in leading through influence, and who can partner with various stakeholders to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization. The CFO will play a critical role in the company's mission to provide quality healthcare services and improve the well-being of the communities it serves.
