Responsibilities First point of contact in the yard – directs customers and deliveries Keeps track of ticketed materials, properly identifies vehicles and personnel, obtains required legal documentation of customers Assesses weight of materials inbound and outbound into the process area, and prices tickets Accurately identifies material to assign correct value Provides customer service, ensures customers’ specs and contract requirements are fulfilled Maintains accurate record keeping of contracts and deliveries Assesses by grade the accurate weight of material orders and issues supplies for visitors and customers entering the yard Walk‑up customer service: verifies driver’s license or accurate documentation & back‑up for materials sold Requirements Extensive knowledge in Excel, RECY and SAP experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision Driven individual with honesty and integrity Provides exceptional customer service Education High School Diploma or GED preferred.
