Operations Manager

Job Overview: Operations Manager – Avenel, NJ; Pennsylvania; Ohio; West Virginia; New York. Travel required 75%-100%, open to relocation. As an Operations Manager, you will provide overall direction, guidance, and safety oversight for multiple locations. You will prioritize the health and safety of team members while driving productivity and efficiency. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, report progress, make recommendations, and support implementation. You will foster a ONE KDP culture by providing leadership, communication, and performance management to onsite managers and teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage diverse working teams, including talent selection, leadership development, career coaching, and supervision of multiple departments/buildings. Develop team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and achieve short- and long‑term performance goals while fostering a culture of urgency, integrity, and trust. Administer company policies and adherence to standard operating procedures, including safety, food safety, and environmental policies. Utilize data to manage situations, analyze people impacts, and display high emotional maturity. Engage and collaborate with internal partners and functions to meet customer demands and provide high‑quality customer service. Balance hands‑on tactical work with strategic initiatives as necessary. Effectively manage difficult situations and assess optimal solutions impacting people, customers, and cost. Apply change‑management experience and explain change effectively to frontline associates. Benefits Base salary: $95,000 – $115,500 / year (depending on experience and other factors). Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Medical, Dental and Vision coverage. Requirements High school diploma or GED with 5 years' experience in a distribution center / DSD Warehouse environment, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field with 3 years' experience in a distribution center / DSD Warehouse environment. Prior people‑leadership experience in a distribution center or operations environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
