Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota School Psychologist license required
• Experience with direct psychological services, assessments, and crisis responses within K-12 schools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in multi-disciplinary settings
• Comfortable working flexibly across multiple school sites
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to changing situations with compassion

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive school psychological services, including individual and group counseling, psychoeducational assessments, and behavioral interventions
• Participate in crisis response and offer immediate support when necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to promote student well-being and academic achievement
• Attend Thursday meetings to coordinate services and share insights with the educational team
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation per school district guidelines
