Role Description The School Psychologist will provide direct and indirect services to students in a hybrid contract role based in Minnesota. Balance of on-site and remote. School clients available NOW to secure best fit school contracts immediately. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and developing intervention plans to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. The role involves collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to implement multi-tiered systems of support and promote positive school climate. Compensation This is an independent contract role, variable hours depending on School Psychologist desire. Low overhead with a small local business means higher pay direct to MN School Psychologist. This connects schools to the highest quality school psychologists to positive impact student outcomes. Qualifications Active School Psychology license in the state of Minnesota Experience with Psychological Assessment to provide individualized support and data-driven recommendations Self starter and independent Service mindset with focus on strong relationships with school staff and families Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, communicate findings clearly, and build trust with students and families Familiarity with special education processes, IEP development, and MTSS frameworks in MN K-12 settings Strong organizational skills, and comfort with hybrid work, including secure use of digital tools for documentation and communication Hybrid support with some on site time for direct assessment, flexible and scheduled with schools (location options available) #J-18808-Ljbffr
