Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB)
• Dedication to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service delivery
• Strong foundation in evidence-based school psychology practices
• Preferred: National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligible, experience with MTSS frameworks, and familiarity with federal/state special education laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide K-12 psychological assessment, consultation, crisis intervention, and mental health support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Offer consultation and leadership for MTSS/academic and behavioral interventions
• Support stakeholders in compliance, prevention, and intervention efforts
