Shipping Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:30am to 05:30pm)

• Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and Certificates of Compliance.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for timely delivery.
• Ensure shipments are properly packed, documented, tracked, and processed accurately.
• Communicate with Shipping, Customer Service, Accounting, and carriers to resolve shipment issues.
• Maintain organized records and a clean, safe shipping area.

Shipping Coordinator Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and tracking information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal departments.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced shipping/warehouse environment.
