THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE! APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE WITHIN A REASONABLE DRIVING DISTANCE OF WILDWOOD, NJ

No prior sales experience is necessary for this role! The Oceanside Realty Team at Keller Williams is looking for a motivated  Inside Sales Agent (ISA)to turn conversations into opportunities by building relationships, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our growing real estate team.

• $80,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

Occasional in-office presence is required, so candidates must be within a reasonable driving distance of Wildwood, NJ. We can only consider applicants who are authorized to work in the US without 

employer sponsorship.

$80,000+ Expected First-Year Earnings

• Convert leads into qualified appointments
• Build rapport and identify client needs
• Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and emails
• Keep CRM records accurate and organized
• Meet appointment and activity goals
• Participate in coaching and team training 

• Strong communication and people skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools

• Coachable with a positive attitude

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required

• Willingness to obtain an RE license is required
