Job Description
QKapital Group | Residential & Commercial Mortgage Loans is a specialized mortgage lender serving both foreign nationals and U.S. citizens in residential and commercial real estate. Co-founded by Mauricio Ordoñez and Gaston Schneider, the company provides comprehensive lending solutions across key markets including Florida, New York, Texas, Colorado, California, and Georgia.
\n \nWith a diverse portfolio of conventional, residential, commercial, private, and construction loans, QKapital Group supports investors throughout the lending process to enable profitable real estate ventures, especially in Miami and South Florida. The organization maintains a strong international presence with offices in Miami, Orlando, Houston, Colombia, Mexico, Bolivia, and Argentina, offering localized expertise and personalized service to clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
\n \nThis role is ideal for a motivated, sales-driven professional looking to build a career in private lending, real estate finance, and deal origination.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new business opportunities
\n• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners
\n• Manage and track a pipeline of prospects using
\n \nCRM systems
\n• Support clients throughout the loan process, ensuring consistent communication
\n• Identify market trends and target high-quality opportunities
\n• Assist with industry events, trade shows, and networking initiatives
\n \nQualifications
\n• 1+ year of experience in sales, finance, or a related field preferred
\n• Mortgage or financial services background is a plus
\n• Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume outreach
\n• Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets
\n• Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive mindset
\n• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\nProficiency with CRM platforms and basic business tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
\n• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
