The work of Tesla's AI Hardware team powers the neural networks behind Full Self‑Driving (FSD) and Tesla humanoid robot, Optimus, pushing the boundaries of computational efficiency and performance. By creating custom silicon and optimized architectures, the team ensures Tesla remains a leader in AI‑driven automotive and energy solutions, shaping a future where intelligent machines enhance human life. The Technical Program Manager plays a pivotal role in Tesla's AI Hardware silicon engineering development team, managing end‑to‑end cross‑functional projects throughout the silicon development cycle. This position requires strong leadership in advancing silicon products for high‑density compute applications, encompassing component design, design verification, DFT (Design for Test), physical design, physical verification, integration, bring‑up, post‑silicon validation and experience, scheduling, test/validation strategies, change management, and supply chain operations. Given the fast‑paced evolution of the AI Hardware initiative, the TPM is essential in guiding teams toward efficient and successful outcomes.
