Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Perm)

Payrate: $18.75/hr. + shift differential $2 - $20.75/hr.

Summary

Operate hose coiling and pressure testing equipment to inspect, test, and ensure product quality according to manufacturing specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Hose Coiling: Inspect, measure, and reel hose while checking for defects (flaws, broken wires, kinks), recording data, and preparing labels.
• Pressure Testing: Set up and run pressure tests (proof/impact cycles), record PSI metrics, and route tested products to quality inspection.
• Safety & 5S: Maintain a clean workspace, follow safety regulations, and report issues to the team lead.

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: Production experience preferred (on-the-job training provided).
• Skills: Good math, reading, communication, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Physical & Working Conditions: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear required PPE (steel toes, eye/ear protection) in a manufacturing environment.
