Position: Bartender Location: Bricktown Brewery - Joplin, MO. Compensation: $7.50 per hour + tips

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—crafting drinks with precision and personality. You’ll deliver warm, attentive service while keeping your bar area running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Greet guests promptly with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Take accurate drink orders and prepare beverages quickly and consistently. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and deliver “wow” moments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest areas. Assist with side work, including stocking, cleaning, and transporting dishware. Handle payments and operate the POS system with accuracy.

WHO YOU ARE:

A team player with excellent communication skills. Able to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Able to push, pull, stretch, and use your hands and wrists repeatedly. Prior bartending experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right fit!
