Creative Designer

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.

Our client is a growing consumer brand in the food and wellness space with a strong focus on digital content, social media, and e-commerce. As the company continues to expand its marketing efforts, they are seeking a versatile creative professional who can support the team with high-quality creative production across multiple digital channels.

Role Overview

The Creative Designer will be responsible for hands-on creative production across social media, short-form video, email, web, and other digital marketing channels. This role will take existing concepts, creative briefs, brand guidelines, and raw content and transform them into polished, engaging assets.

This is primarily an execution-focused creative role rather than a creative strategy position. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma, has strong video editing capabilities, and can move comfortably between static design, social-first content, email creative, and digital/web assets.

This person should be comfortable working within established creative direction, responding quickly to feedback, and producing multiple iterations while maintaining strong visual consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Figma & Digital Design

• Create, modify, and adapt digital creative assets using Figma.
• Work within established brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems to maintain consistency.
• Translate existing creative direction into polished digital assets.
• Make quick adjustments, variations, resizing, and iterations based on campaign requirements and feedback.
• Maintain strong visual standards across typography, layout, composition, and overall presentation.

Social Media Content

• Create static graphics, carousels, and other visual assets for social media and digital marketing channels.
• Develop creative assets for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Adapt existing creative across different formats, placements, dimensions, and platforms.
• Apply social-first design principles when developing content for digital audiences.
• Maintain visual consistency while adjusting creative for the requirements of different channels.

Video Editing & Short-Form Content

• Transform raw footage, influencer content, UGC, and other source material into polished short-form videos.
• Edit content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social channels.
• Incorporate captions, transitions, audio, graphics, and other creative elements into finished content.
• Adapt video content for different placements and formats as needed.
• Maintain brand consistency while creating engaging, platform-appropriate video content.

Email & Newsletter Design

• Create visual assets and layouts for email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and other email marketing initiatives.
• Translate established creative direction and brand guidelines into engaging email designs.
• Develop supporting creative assets for ongoing email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain visual consistency between email creative and other brand touchpoints.

Web & Digital Creative

• Create and modify graphics and visual assets for the company's website and broader digital presence.
• Provide web and digital design support as creative needs arise.
• Adapt assets for different digital formats and placements.
• Ensure visual consistency across social media, email, web, and other digital touchpoints.

Creative Production & Iteration

• Work from briefs, concepts, and direction provided by marketing and creative leadership.
• Translate creative briefs into polished, production-ready deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Produce multiple creative variations and iterations when needed.
• Manage changing creative priorities across different channels and campaigns.
• Maintain organization across multiple creative requests, revisions, and deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience

• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, content creation, or a related creative role.
• Demonstrated experience creating digital assets for social media and marketing channels.
• Hands-on experience editing short-form video content.
• Experience creating static graphics, social content, and other digital marketing assets.
• Experience designing email and newsletter creative.
• Experience supporting web and broader digital design needs.
• Experience working from established brand guidelines, templates, and creative direction.
• Experience with DTC, CPG, food and beverage, wellness, lifestyle, e-commerce, or similar consumer brands is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant digital, social, design, and video work.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma for creating, modifying, and adapting digital creative assets.
• Strong video editing capabilities with the ability to transform raw footage, influencer content, and UGC into polished short-form videos.
• Strong static and digital design capabilities across social media, email, web, and other marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of social-first design and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to create engaging email and newsletter layouts that align with established brand direction.
• Strong web and digital design capabilities for creating and adapting visual assets across online touchpoints.
• Strong visual judgment across typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Ability to effectively interpret creative briefs and execute within established visual systems and brand guidelines.
• Ability to quickly incorporate feedback and produce multiple creative variations without sacrificing quality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects, revisions, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Polished, on-brand creative is consistently produced across social media, video, email, web, and other digital channels.
• Creative briefs and established direction are efficiently translated into finished assets.
• Strong Figma and video work is produced with minimal oversight.

• Revisions, resizing, adaptations, and creative variations are completed quickly without sacrificing quality.
