We re hiring a Nurse Practitioner who wants predictable weekday hours, meaningful relationships with senior patients, and the opportunity to earn $143,000+ through base salary and incentives.

You ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on value-based primary care for seniors managing multiple complex chronic conditions. You ll have your own care team and strong leadership support.

• You are a Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience

• You can perform suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
• You value quality, continuity, and team-based care
• Geriatric experience is a plus, not required

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $130,000
• Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary; total potential $143,000+
