Nurse Practitioner

A collaborative, patient-centered primary care practice in Hudson, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, or ANP) to join an innovative team model built around NP and DNP autonomy. This is a high-independence outpatient primary care role where you'll manage your own patient panel within an integrated group of NPs and DNPs under one supervising physician — supported by dedicated MAs, administrative staff, on-site lab services, and AI-powered documentation tools designed to protect your time and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management Manage an independent patient panel with a high degree of clinical autonomy Apply evidence-based decision-making and strong clinical judgment across the lifespan Use AI-assisted documentation tools to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency Collaborate with NP, DNP, and MD colleagues for care continuity and excellence Participate in care coordination, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives Foster a collegial, mission-driven team environment focused on patient-centered care Qualifications Active, unrestricted Massachusetts NP license FNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, or ANP credential MSN or DNP from accredited program required Minimum 3-5 years primary care NP experience required — more experience preferred Proven ability to practice independently within a collaborative teamExceptional communication and clinical reasoning skills Schedule & Compensation Competitive salary + RVU productivity bonus Full-time | Five 8-hour shifts | Monday-Friday Outpatient only | In-person 401(k) with matching | HSA and FSA | PTO/sick days Paid parental leave | CEU assistance | Malpractice covered Immediate hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
