Extremely well known financial firm is seeking a Conference Center Management as an addition to staff. Responsibilities Oversee daily operation of the Client Conference Center ensuring smooth operations Manage reception and catering staff Provide guidance and direction to staff regarding special events, VIP meetings, etc. Interact with high profile VIPs Work with third party vendors, provide building access and concise directions Able to multitask, troubleshoot, etc. Work closely with all management React and respond to all inquiries Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Business or Hospitality a plus) 5+ years of relevant work experience Required Skills Exceptional written and oral communication skills Previous catering, hospitality or service industry experience Extensive knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr Cyperus Group LLC
