Come join our family of employees; take part in this promising career path and have the chance to serve our customers.Job duties include but are not limited to:Ensures the sales team understands dealership policies, procedures, and sales systems.Organize schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.Address customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Assist in car sales - main focus is creating strategies, budgets, and promotions to empower teams.Appraise trade insStock in vehiclesProper safe handling of sensitive client informationLot management/merchandisingEmployee Requirements:Growth mindset, emotional stability, ability to work on a team, and strong customer service focus.Leadership-focusedComfortable working in a fast paced environmentMust be at least 18 years of age to be consideredMust have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving recordCompensation:Starting at $100K based on meeting performance metricsHours:Weekend availability requiredThis is a full-time positionMonday through Friday hours are 8:30 am - 7:00 pm with rotating shifts and every Saturday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pmCAG is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
