Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid (or eligibility for) state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience preferred, but highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, consultation, and teamwork abilities
• Expertise in psychoeducational evaluations, data interpretation, and report writing
• Dedication to culturally responsive practices and the unique needs of every learner

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and mental health support to students, as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and success
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including eligibility and IEP team discussions
• Offer consultation and professional development on learning and behavioral strategies to school staff
