Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist credential from the state or eligibility to obtain one
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and behavioral intervention
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in K-12 settings strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and academic assessments, interpret data, and communicate findings to staff and families
• Participate in eligibility, IEP meetings, and student support teams
• Provide direct counseling and consultation services to students, families, and staff
• Develop evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to student needs
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral management plans when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations
