Facilities CoordinatorBluePearl Pet Hospital in Spring TX is hiring for an energetic, responsible and dependable Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will:Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste removal, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas.Monitor facility cleanliness, safety hazards, security concerns, and supply inventory levels.Maintain hospital infrastructure and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generator, oxygen systems, doors/access controls, and security systems.Perform routine repairs and maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, painting, fixture installation, and other general upkeep tasks.Troubleshoot facility, equipment, and technology-related issues and coordinate vendors, contractors, IT, or service providers as needed.Coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, installations, and warranty service.Support equipment research, purchasing, quotes, deliveries, invoices, and facility improvement projects.Manage receiving, sorting, storage, and tracking of deliveries, equipment, and supplies.Serve as a primary contact for facility vendors and contractors and ensure projects are completed through resolution.Respond to facility emergencies and support disaster preparedness efforts.Communicate facility concerns, damages, and operational issues to hospital leadership.Assist with other facility and operational needs as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience in facilities, maintenance, operations, or related field preferred.Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Basic computer proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot common technology issues.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively identify facility needs.Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who combines hands-on maintenance skills with strong organizational and technical abilities.
